Learning Model

Impact Learning programs are high-impact events that produce consistent results.  We use the HRDQ Experiential Learning Model™ which is  highly effective for learning plus creating change in individuals.

HRDQ Experiential Learning Model

™The Experiential Learning Model is a registered trademar of HRDQ

Based on the works several well-known adult learning theorists, the HRDQ Experiential Learning Model™ illustrates the learning process as a fluid cycle — with actions for both the facilitator and the learner.
