Overview:
The ability to communicate, cooperate, coordinate, resolve differences and persuade others determines your success as much as the ability to perform the technical aspects of your job. This program will helps technical employees learn effective communication skills, build rapport with a wide variety of individuals, and prevent unnecessary conflict.
